This special action arises out of the trial courts granting of defendants motion to vacate offer of judgment for ninety days. The issue whether a trial court can extend the time for response to an offer of judgment under the recently amended version of Rule 68 of the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure is of statewide concern. We therefore accept jurisdiction.
